Cassidy Disrud, Media Staff
This is Cassidy's first year in being apart of the SFHS media team. Cassidy is also involved in homeless awareness group, GSA, debate, theatre and speech team. She also is 14 months sober and is very open about her story to try to help others find sobriety. Outside of school activities, she gets involved in her community and tries to spread awareness about mental health. She has spoken to the school board, state capital and city hall all in hopes of getting more funding for our schools mental health program. Cassidy's name is listed on "Champions for Children" for her active role in speaking to get Cambia Hills' adolescent mental health residential project passed to create a facility in East Bethel, Minnesota.
