Pep band unites in first concert

On October 1st, all Saint Francis band’s united for their pep band concert in the PAC.  After, they had a potluck in the commons for all the parents.

They played fourteen of the songs they play at the games. Some of the songs were Hot Hot Hot, Poker Face, Don’t Stop Believing and of course the school song.

It was one of the first times they had every band play together. The bands went together well.

This was the first high school consent this year for the band.  It was the very first for the freshman class.

“Freshman went well with all of the other bands,” said the new band teacher Chad Armbruster.

He said that it was a little hard to conduct, because he had to find the pace that wouldn’t make some of the band not be able to keep up.

“It was hard playing with everyone so far away,” said third year wind ensemble Trumpeter Dan Sievert.

All of the students were in the PAC most of the band was on the side of the PAC and some where in crowd.  So when he was playing he said that he could hear people at different times which made it very hard to keep together.
